Dosage is unique to everyone and it’s up to you to find your own sweet-spot. Below is a review I wrote 2 years ago!! I’m now 38, still using CBD oil and I’ve never felt better –
I’m 36 years old and have suffered with knee pain for most if not all of my life. I have tried everything from pain killers to creams to supports to make things easier for myself doing everyday tasks. I never knew what the cause of this was until about 8 years ago when I was told I have arthritis in both knees. Growing up I loved playing sports but this came with pain so I was unable to enjoy any sort of physical activity. I now have 2 small boys at home and have been trying to get & keep fit so I can enjoy playing sports with them but I knew this would come with knee pain.
