How to Make Iced Chill The Feck Out CBD Tea (With a Fruity Twist)

Chill the feck out tea

Looking for a refreshing way to unwind this summer? Our Chill The Feck Out CBD Tea isn’t just a quirky name — it’s a delicious herbal blend infused with natural calming ingredients, perfect for taking the edge off a long day. And when served iced, it becomes your go-to afternoon reset or garden party essential.

Here’s how to make your own iced CBD tea — with added fruit, flavour, and feel-good benefits.

🌿 Why Drink CBD Tea?

Before we dive in, here are a few reasons why CBD tea is becoming a popular alternative to oils or gummies:

  • Promotes calm and relaxation without drowsiness
  • May help reduce anxiety and stress naturally
  • Easier on the stomach than oils or tinctures
  • A tasty way to hydrate and unwind
  • Can be enjoyed hot or cold — year-round

🍓 Ingredients You’ll Need

Chill The Feck Out CBD Tea (loose leaf)

Blueberries, strawberries, and sliced lemons

Sparkling water

Le Sirop de Monin (your favourite flavour – e.g. elderflower, peach, or raspberry)

Fresh mint

Ice

Optional: Reusable straw and fancy glass for the Instagram shot 😉

How we do it

Brew the tea and allow to stew to your preference

(General guidelines are 1 spoon of tea per standard cup, use hot but NOT just-boiled water, steep for 3-5 minutes to taste.)

Strain the tea into a drinks storage container or dispenser, and add some blueberries, sliced lemons and chopped strawberries. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature whilst infusing the fruit flavours.

🧊 Mix Your Iced CBD Tea (Per Serving)

Add a scoop of ice to your glass

Pour in 1 cup of strained tea

Dash of Sparkling Water

Add a dash of sparkling water for fizz

Mix in 1 pump/shot of Le Sirop de Monin (adjust to taste)

Garnish with a slice of lemon, fresh berries, and a sprig of mint

🧋 Serve with a straw — and enjoy your moment of calm.

💡 Optional Add-Ons & Variations

  • Add a drop of CBD oil (if your tolerance allows) for an extra-strength version
  • Use cucumber slices or basil for a more botanical flavour
  • Try with cold-brewed tea overnight for a smoother base
  • Use sparkling CBD water instead of regular sparkling water for a double chill effect
