CBD Recipe's - Summer Edibles
Most of us take our CBD oil by dropping it under the tongue, but for those who are looking for more ways of incorporating CBD into their daily routine here are some very simple ways of adding some extra oil into your diet. Or maybe you aren’t too fond of the taste. The good news is you can easily add CBD into salads, butters, cookies and a host of other cooking types.
But as its the bank holiday weekend and the sun is shining we thought we might throw some awesome summer recipe’s your way.
Coconut & Blueberry CBD infused Popsicle
- 3/4 Cup of Blueberries
- 3/4 Cup your choice of Raspberries / Strawberry or mixed fruits
- 1 Can full fat coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp Organic Honey
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla or Coconut Extract
- 1 Tbsp RecoveryCBD CBD Oil
If your new to CBD maybe use a lower amount of CBD to start. CBD dosage is unique to everyone so feel free to play around with the amount of CBD you add to your popsicle
Strawberry & Cream CBD Infused Popsicle
- 1 and a half Cup of strawberries
- Juice of half a lemon
- I can of Coconut Milk
- 2 tbsp of Organic Honey
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of salt
- A handful of Coconut Flakes or toasted Coconuts
- 1 Tbsp RecoveryCBD CBD Oil
Put all the ingredients (except the coconut)into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into popsicle mold and then add your coconut flakes. Again feel free to adjust CBD amount to your own preferences. Place in a freezer for 6-8 hours and enjoy
Chill the feck out Iced Tea
No Summer CBD recipe guide is complete without our Chill the feck out Iced Tea. We have already covered it before in a previous blog but sure there is no harm in a little reminder.
Brew the CBD Tea and allow to stew to your preference
(General guidelines are 1 spoon of tea per standard cup, use hot but NOT just-boiled water, steep for 3-5 minutes to taste.)
Strain the tea into a drinks storage container or dispenser, and add some blueberries, sliced lemons and chopped strawberries. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature whilst infusing the fruit flavours.
Mixing the Ice Tea
Scoop of Ice
1 Cup Chill the Feck Out Tea per serving (strained)
Dash of Sparkling Water
Add 1 pump/shot of Le Sirop de Monin
Decorate with a Lemon Slice, Blueberries, chopped Strawberries, and a sprig of mint
And Serve (usually with a Straw)
We hope everyone is enjoying the bank holiday weekend and the fantastic weather.
